<div><span style="color: #ffffff; font-family: BookAntiqua;"><span style="color: #ffffff; font-family: BookAntiqua;"><span style="color: #000000;">Eva is a Professor, Executive-in-Residence at </span><span style="color: #000000;">the <a href="http://haskayne.ucalgary.ca/profiles/eva-klein">Haskayne School of Business</a>, teaching </span><span style="color: #000000;">Leadership and Interpersonal Behaviour, </span><span style="color: #000000;">Organizational Change and Compensation. Her </span><span style="color: #000000;">current research interests include identifying </span><span style="color: #000000;">the characteristics of late bloomers, (i.e. those </span><span style="color: #000000;">who succeed later in their careers). She is also </span><span style="color: #000000;">interested in talent management, specifically </span><span style="color: #000000;">with respect to the obstacles impeding </span><span style="color: #000000;">professional women’s re-entry as well as the </span><span style="color: #000000;">obstacles preventing the integration of </span><span style="color: #000000;">professional immigrants.</span></span></span></div>
