NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of BPW Calgary will be held on September 13, 2023 at 4th Spot Private Dining Room located in Mount Pleasant at 2620 4th Street NW for the following purposes:
(1) To receive and adopt the Financial Statements of the club;
(2) To receive the Treasurer’s Report and Budget;
(3 To appoint the auditors;
(4) To receive highlights of the Strategic Planning Meeting;
(5) To transact other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.RSVP by email at membership@bpwcalgary.com by September 6 in order to receive the AGM documents prior to the meeting.
