As we ring in the new year, many of us reflect on the past and plan for the upcoming year. We consider changes we want to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.
When deciding on our new year’s resolutions, it is easy to get swept up in hopeful yearning. As the clock ticks away the final minutes of the old year, the anticipation can be quite electrifying. We believe that we’ll be able to tackle our goals effortlessly. But, after the initial rush of the new year’s celebration fades and reality sets in, our goals and aspirations can once again seem overwhelming. It, therefore, becomes critical to invest time into unlocking our true potential.
